What payment methods are available?
Can I claim my physiotherapy sessions under insurance coverage?
- How much coverage in terms of cost? (I.e. $500, $1000, etc.)
- How long is the coverage for? (I.e. number of days post-surgery/post-hospitalisation)
- What services are covered? (I.e. physiotherapy services)
Usually, a referral form from your primary physician is required (with their name stamp/clinic stamp) during the claim process.
At Heart & Lung Physio, we adopt the pay-and-claim approach (paying the clinic first, and claiming from your insurer after).
Can I book a walk-in appointment (without doctor referral)?
Prior to attending your session, we also recommend for you to bring all your relevant medical documents for our therapists to review, to ensure that your therapy sessions are safely tailored to your requirements.
If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a walk-in review, do drop us an enquiry and our therapist will get back to you shortly.
What if the service that I required is not found on the Appointment Page?
Payments
Our sessions are charged based on the time spent during your session.
Each therapy session lasts for 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your needs and requirements, and is charged at $250 per session for clinic sessions.
For Home therapy sessions, each therapy session lasts for 45 minutes to 1 hour and is charged at $300 depending on your location.
Additional time and adjuncts provided during the session will incur additional charges.
