Jaclyn is a Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapist with 11 years of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting. She obtained her physiotherapy degree from the Singapore Institute of Technology-Trinity College Dublin in 2013 with First class honours. She continued her professional studies at University College London in 2016 and obtained Masters with distinction.

Yan Ying is an Allied Health Professions Council registered physiotherapist with 7 years of clinical experience working as a Physiotherapist. Yan Ying completed her undergraduate physiotherapy programme with Singapore Institute Technology and Trinity College of Dublin. She went on to further her professional studies in Cardiff University and was awarded Masters in Physiotherapy (Cardiff University) in 2021, specialising in both cardiopulmonary and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She is also a certified ACSM Cancer Exercise Trainer.
