You have a heart condition or have survived a heart attack and are starting the journey to recovery. After this experience, you may not be confident about going back to your daily activities. Hence, cardiac rehabilitation (CR) is where you will receive personalised care, attention and support to take the steps you need to get your life back. Evidence has also shown that CR can help you regain strength, prevent your heart condition from worsening, reduce risk of future heart problems and live longer.

Pulmonary rehabilitation aims to enable people to optimise their maximum level of independence and overall quality of life.
